Centenary: Doggy Paddle Certificate

On 26 March 2006, 101 members of the South London Swimming Club doggy-paddled their way across one width of the lido to celebrate its centenary. The entry fee of £2 per person was donated to Battersea Dogs and Cats Home. The event was also an attempt to secure a place in the Guinness Book of World Records - unsuccessfully, as it turned out!
