Frank Sims

Frank Sims (1920-2006) was a long-standing member of the South London Swimming Club and served as Honorary Handicapper from 1996-2003. In the 1990s he was one of four trustees responsible for running the lido off-season on behalf of the council. He was a Labour councillor from 1956-1978 and Leader of Wandsworth Council from May-December 1972. He is being assisted here by Paul Seto.
