Christmas Day 1930 1/2

The line-up for the race which, according to the caption, started at 8.30 in the morning. There appears to be ice at the far end of the pool. The local paper reported that a record 28 swimmers took part and that the race was won by Mr H. Cowsil. See Christmas Day 1930 2/2.
