Christmas Day 2003

Wandsworth Guardian, 08/01/2004 SLSC members Cyril Wood and Megan Willis receive their winners' cups from the Mayor of Wandsworth, Councillor Colin Dawe. It was the 4th time that 80-year old Cyril had won the Burton Cup, following victories in 1950, 1951 and 1992. For Megan, a third generation member of her family to swim at the lido, it was her first Christmas Day victory.
