Christmas Day Race 2007

Wandsworth Guardian, 02/01/2008 Long-standing South London Swimming Club member 85-year old Cyril Wood celebrates winning the Men's Christmas Day Race for the fifth time. His previous wins came in 1950, 1951, 1992 and 2003. He is pictured with the Burton Cup at his home in Surrey where he had a swimming-pool in the back garden.
