Unidentified newspaper, 21/08/1936
An account of how three members of the South London Swimming Club rescued an 18-year old youth from drowning at the pool. Also, the rescue by another member of a 4-year old boy from the River Thames near Hampton Court Palace. One of the original aims of the club was to teach lifesaving.
