Mayor of Wandsworth Angela Graham appears to push actor Oliver Tobias into the water as part of the publicity to mark the South London Swimming Club’s success in persuading the council to allow it to run the lido off-season. The pool had faced closure over the winter months until the SLSC stepped in.
