Aerial View of Lido

Photograph taken by Aerofilms Ltd, 18/11/1937. The café and fountain are visible at the shallow end of the pool, having been installed the previous year; the pump-house at the deep end was added in 1931. The lido site has not yet been extended behind the café (this happened c.1999) and there is no basket-room for swimmers to leave their clothes.
